Zelig Weiss files plans for 74-unit resi building in Flatbush
Zelig Weiss of Riverside Developers, on March 28, filed a permit application for construction of a 74-unit, 51,026-square-foot residential building at 545 Coney Island Avenue in Flatbush, Brooklyn.
There have been 15 new building plans, including these plans, filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months.
Earlier this month the developer filed a permit application for construction of a 40-unit, 38,905-square-foot building at 51 Franklin Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn.
The plans call for the construction of a 70-foot-tall, seven-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00706931. The development site spans tax lots 1, 3, and 29. Per the plans, tax lots 1 and 3 are to be merged together.
The project is described in the filing as: proposed seven-story residential development as per plans. Subject building on one zoning lot with existing commercial building on lot 29. Filing for 421a-Foundation Approval.
Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have four dwelling units and parking space for 22 cars. Floors two through four will each have 13 dwelling units per floor, floors five and six will each have 11 dwelling units per floor, and the seventh floor will have nine dwelling units. The cellar will have 15 parking spaces and recreation spaces.
