Rybak Development files plans for 91-unit resi building in Forest Hills
Rybak Development, on August 8, filed a permit application for construction of a 91-unit, 150,780-square-foot residential building at 78-29 Austin Street in Forest Hills, Queens. Charles Tsakh filed the plans.
The developer paid $20.9 million to the Kew-Forest School for the development site on June 29, 2022.
The plans call for the construction of a 70-foot-tall, seven-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number Q00775081.
The development site spans two tax lots. The lot has a width of 332 feet.
The project is described in the filing as: new building.
Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have nine dwelling units. Floors two through four will each have 20 dwelling units per floor, the fifth floor will have 17 dwelling units, and the sixth floor will have five dwelling units. All floors will have private balconies. There will be a terrace on the sixth floor, and a swimming pool on the roof. The cellar will have parking space, a lounge, and a garden.
