Nike to take space at Alex Adjmi’s ACHS’s 5 West 125th Street

Nike is taking roughly 11,606-square-feet of ground floor space at A&H Acquisitions Corp.’s 5 West 125th Street in Central Harlem. The asking price on the ground floor of the building was roughly $125 per square foot according to sources.

The developer recently filed build-out plans for Nike, under job number M00642362, at the building.

The plans are described in the filings as: Nike – General construction inclusive of interior demo, partitions installation, and storefront modifications as per plans filed herewith.

The plans call for work on the ground floor of the 128,089-square-foot building.
