K & J International Realty LLC submits 24-unit condo plan in Astoria

K & J International Realty LLC submitted a condominium plan for 24 residential units at 14-54 31st Avenue in Astoria, Queens.

The condo plan, CD220108, does not yet have a sellout price listed with the New York State Attorney General. Ke An Chen and Jian Hui Chen are listed as the managing member and member, respectively.

The development is called the Sunrich Tower Condominium.

The developer purchased the site for $5 million in September of 2019.

In December of 2019, the developer filed new building plans with the city’s Department of Buildings to construct a 70-foot tall, seven-story, 217,608-square-foot building with 24 dwelling units at the site.

The plans were permitted in June of last year.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a playroom and one dwelling unit. Floors two through six will each have four dwelling units per floor, while the seventh floor will have three dwelling units and recreation space.
