Igor Vaysman files plans for 32-unit resi building in Midwood

Igor Vaysman through the company Mikerose Media LLC, on May 23, filed a permit application for construction of a 32-unit, 33,257-square-foot residential building at 2892 Nostrand Avenue in Midwood, Brooklyn.

There have been 14 new building plans, including these, filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months. These plans call for the construction of the second most dwelling units in the neighborhood over that span.

The plans call for the construction of a 95-foot-tall, nine-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00740310.

The development spans one tax lot. The lot has a width of 100 feet.

The project is described in the filing as: proposed nine-story residential building.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a lobby and recreation space. Floors two through nine will each have four dwelling units per floor. The building will also have parking for 14 cars.
