Friedland Properties reveals development plans in Yorkville
Friedland Properties filed an application requesting a zoning map change for a portion of East 94th Street between Second and Third Avenues from an M1-4 district to a C4-6 district in order to construct a new residential development at the site in Yorkville.
The developer is also seeking to move the C2-8 boundary 25′ east, and to map a mandatory inclusionary housing (MIH) area.
The size of the development and number of residential dwelling units were not disclosed in the filing.
The development site, shown below, will span multiple parcels with multiple different owners.
PincusCo reached out to Friedland Properties but the call was not immediately returned.
