Gemini submits condo plan for 57 units in Williamsburg
Gemini Rosemont Development Services and Broadway Construction Group submitted a condominium plan for 57 residential units at 171 North 1st Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
The condo plan, CD220139, does not have a sellout price listed with the New York State Attorney General. Andy Wong and Pul Sum Ying are listed as principals.
Gemini Rosemont Development Services acquired the site for $18.2 million in April 2020 and teamed up with Broadway Construction Group to develop the project, per reports.

In April of 2020, Gemini Rosemont Development Services filed a permit application for construction of a 57-unit, 49,699-square-foot residential building at the site. Brian Ferrier filed the plans.
According to the plans, the ground floor of the building will have parking space, a residential lobby, one full dwelling unit, and the middle levels of three triplex units. The second floor will have eight dwelling units and the upper parts of three triplex units. Floors three and four will each have 10 dwelling units per floor, floors five and six will each have nine dwelling units per floor, and the seventh floor will have seven dwelling units and several terraces. The cellar will have a fitness room and the lower parts of three triplex units.
The condo units will have an average size of 842 square feet.
