Anthony Verrelli files plans for 46-unit mixed-use building in Morrisania
Anthony Verrelli of Anthony L. Verrelli and Associates, on April 8, filed a permit application for construction of a 46-unit, 39,960-square-foot mixed-use building at 497 East 166th Street in Morrisania, the Bronx.
There have been eight new building plans, including these, filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months.
Anthony L. Verrelli and Associates is a law firm located in Bronxwood. Anthony Verrelli was the signatory when the firm bought the building in 2017.
The plans call for the construction of a 74-foot-tall, eight-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X00714431. The development site spans one tax lot.
The project is described in the filing as: proposed new mixed-use residential building with community facility and commercial space.
Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a residential lobby, office space, and community space. The second floor will have seven dwelling units, the third floor will have eight dwelling units, floors four through seven will each have seven dwelling units per floor, while the eighth floor will have three dwelling units.
