Affordablelivingny files plans for 83-unit resi building in East Morrisania

Elena Borokhovich’s Affordablelivingny, on April 20, filed a permit application for construction of a 83-unit, 62,300-square-foot residential building at 733 Crotona Park North in East Morrisania, Bronx.

There have been 19 new building plans, including these, filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months.

The plans call for the construction of a 70-foot-tall, seven-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X00692593.

The development site spans one tax lot. The lot width is 164 feet.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a residential lobby, a community lobby, and parking space. The second floor will have community space. The third floor will have 15 dwelling units, indoor recreation space, and outdoor recreation space. Floors four through seven will each have seven dwelling units per floor.

The architect listed is Menzak Architect, P.C.

The property was acquired for $955,000 on January 30, 2020.
