Abraham Zev Golombeck files plans for 293-unit resi building, most units in Crown Heights in 12 months
Abraham Zev Golombeck through the company HPG Associates, Inc., on June 14, filed a permit application for construction of a 293-unit, 198,310-square-foot residential building at 960 Franklin Avenue in Crown Heights, Brooklyn.
There have been 33 new building plans, including these, filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months. These plans call for the most units in the neighborhood over that period.
The plans call for the construction of a 60-foot-tall, six-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00754304.
The development site spans two tax lots. The lot has a width of 512 feet.
The project is described in the filing as: proposed six-story and cellar residential use building.
Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a parking garage, residential lobby, recreation spaces, and three dwelling units. Floors two through six will each have 58 dwelling units per floor. The roof will have recreation space.
