Yudi Huang files plans for 15-unit mixed-use building in Kensington
Yudi Huang, on July 26, filed a permit application for construction of a 15-unit, 16,604-square-foot mixed-use building at 866 51st Street in Kensington, Brooklyn.
The plans call for the construction of a 55-foot-tall, six-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00753172.
The development site spans one tax lot. The lot has a width of 52 feet.
The project is described in the filing as: new construction of six-story building with cellar for 15 residential units and community facility. Obtain a certificate of occupancy.
Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have health care space. Floors two through four will each have four dwelling units per floor, while the fifth floor will have three. The cellar will have parking and residential and health care lobbies.
The property was acquired for $1.8 million on March 16, 2020.
