United Developers files plans for 101-unit resi building in Arverne

Matthew Ahdoot of United Developers, on July 11, filed a permit application for construction of a 101-unit, 74,849-square-foot residential building at 6014 Beach Channel Drive in Arverne, Queens.

The plans call for the construction of a 56-foot-tall, five-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number Q00740418.

The development site spans two tax lots. The lot has a width of 202 feet.

The project is described in the filing as: new residential apartment building proposed.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a lobby, parking, and 26 dwelling units. The second floor will have 26 dwelling units, floors three and four will each have 22 dwelling units, and the penthouse will have five dwelling units.

The architect listed is Badaly Architects.
