Innovo Property Group files plans for 350K sf industrial building in LIC
Andrew Chung’s Innovo Property Group, on July 15, filed a permit application for construction of a 350,222-square-foot building at 28-90 Review Avenue in Long Island City, Queens.
The plan call for the construction of a 158-foot-tall, six-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number Q00763375.
The development site spans one tax lot. The lot has a width of 524 feet.
Demolition plans at the site were filed in April of 2020 and permitted last year.
The project is described in the filing as: The proposed project is a new industrial use high-rise building located at 28-90 Review Avenue. The overall building will be six stories and approximately 158-feet in height.
Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a lobby. The upper floors of the building will have commercial vehicle storage and warehouse space.
The architect listed is KSS Architects LLP.
The property was acquired for $34.1 million on June 23, 2020, after originally trying to purchase it in 2018.
