Lalezarian Properties files plans for 200-unit mixed-use building, most units in Murray Hill since 2019
Lalezarian Properties, on June 15, filed a permit application for construction of a 200-unit, 194,727-square-foot mixed-use building at 567 3rd Avenue in Murray Hill, Manhattan. Kevin Lalezarian, a principal at the firm, filed the plans.
The developer bought the existing retail building for $6.8 million on April 8, 2022.
These are the second new building plans filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months. Per an analysis of plans filed with the NYC DOB, these plans call for the construction of the most dwelling units in the neighborhood since June of 2019.
The plans call for the construction of a 352-foot-tall, 34-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00749928.
The development site spans multiple tax lots. The lot has a width of 63 feet.
The project is described in the filing as: 34-story mixed-use new building.
Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have retail space and a residential lobby. Floors two through nine will each have five dwelling units per floor, and floors 10 through 34 will each have four dwelling units per floor. The cellar will have amenity space.
